What is your minimum order?

Do I need to order a minimum quantity per style?
There’s no minimum quantity per colour per style, except for the coin purses and the handbag hooks, which you can order a minimum of 6 assorted colours, and the fans, which come in boxes of 12 assorted

How can I see the prices?
You need to be a retailer to order from this website. Bonafide retailiers please register and login.

Private buyers please go to our online retail shop

How can I order?
You can place your order online, by telephone, fax or e-mail.

What is the delivery time?
We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hrs of receiving your order. We use a “next day” delivery service.

What is “carriage paid”?
Carriage is paid in mainland UK and most of Scotland on orders over £300.00+vat, otherwise a £9.95+vat charge applies.

Carriage to Northern Ireland, UK islands and some areas in Scotland is based on weight. Please ask.

Carriage outside UK is based on weight and dimensions. Please ask.

How can I pay?
We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Please note that an admin charge of 2.9% applies to credit cards. No charge when paying by debit card.

Can I open a credit account?
First orders are always Proforma. You can apply for a 30 days credit account by completing and returning a credit application form. Available on request.
